Nuptam LTD is a healthcare agency that was formed in June 2019 by Margaret. Having a background in ODP (Operating Department Practitioner) and more than 10 years of experience as a Sterile Services Technician and Endoscopy Technician, Margaret understands the working environment and responsibility of the roles Nuptam LTD recruits for. 

 

We are a small, intimate team that has great interest in our customers' clinics and hospitals needs with a view to provide the best support that suits them. As an agency, we vet all our registered contractors and make sure they keep their training, certifications and insurances up to date. 

 

Our core belief is that for any clinical procedure to be a success, the back-end processes need to be well managed and working in an almost autonomous fashion. Our Endoscopy Technicians, Sterile Services Technicians and HCAs provide that solid base for the nurses and surgeons to do what they do best. Our nurses have the necessary experience needed to work on short-notice, to cover shifts and they can seamlessly integrate with the home clinical team. This ensures that the patients have a safe and comfortable experience.
